How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your look! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry are final sale.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

KATCHME accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options including Klarna and Afterpay.

How do I find the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as sizing can vary between different styles and fabrics.
